Finally a win!! And with that comes a haircut :-) Had a bet with myself in the beginning off the seasone that I´ll let my hair grow til I win a race this year, so on monday it all goes off!
I want to say thanks to everyone for all gratulations that I have got these last days. And specially thanks to my parents who are here supporting me, my boyfriend Martin who stands by my side all the time and helps me to belive in myself! Thanks to my team in Vlaanderen, my club Härnösand CK, my sponsors Cyclecomponents.com (helps me with racingshoes, racingwheels etc.) and Drylane (helps me with clothes).
Tomorrow is the roadrace and we start at 15.00, 6 laps off 13km. So once again don´t forget to cross your fingers for me!

Hi everyone! Sitting on a hotel somewhere in France, have just had breakfast and are now waiting for lunch and then a 200km transfer to the stage this day.
Yesterday was a good day (dubbel stages) for me and in the morning I could sprint in on a 2nd place and then on the evening stage, timetrail I was 4th. Only 50 seconds behind the winner Nicole Cook.
Todays stage is going to be around 100km and with alot off hills and then tomorrow is the last day. On monday I’m flying home to Sweden and then I have the National Championships in Uppsala. So maybe I will see you there…
Take care and cross your fingers for me!

Back from China and a little bit tired. Mostley from the long trip on the way home but also from the races. The last day on the tour changed everything in the final results… 5 chinese girls got away with Loes from my team and one from South Africa. Both the leading jersey (a Australian girl) and the point jersey (a Dutch girl) was still in the bunch, so when the group went with 30km to go I was surprised to see the Australian girls not doing anything while the Dutch girls did everything they could to chase them down… They never succeded and Li Meifang won the last stage and the general classification (GC). In my team Loes was the first in the GC, she finished 11th, Debby 12th and I was 13th. For full results click here.
Anyway I had a great time at Chongming and I´m so glad that we went. I feel that the team have got closer to eachother and that this will be a memory forever. A photoalbum will come soon…
