Yesterday it was the first race out of three here in Drenthe.
With a group of six riders away already from the start the race was quite boring until Team High Road decided to chase them back. With fresh legs I started to get the racing and winning spirit back, but with only 8km to the finish two girls infront of me crashed and I couldn´t help but to taste the asphalt… Fast back on my bike I thought the race was over but suddenly they stopped up in the front group and I was back.
With tired legs and the breaks(!) lying on I finished on a 8th place…

Today I have had a sore body but after a good massage and an easy ride it feels a lot better!
