2010.01.08 - Gran Canaria here we come!
It´s a great feeling to go into a new part of my training. The whole winter I have been busy with building up my muscular strenght. And today I had my last session in the fitness center. When it comes to lifting the weights I´m just as stong as last year but on the powerintervalls on my bike I can see a big progress :)
Christmas and New Year gave real winterweather in Norway, alot of snow and cold!
-17 degrees today and that makes it difficult to go on my bike… so our trainingcamp to Gran Canaria comes just in time!
We (Me and Martin) leaves tomorrow for 11days of what I love the most, cycling in the sun! :)

Det verkar inte gå någon nöd på dig, skönt och höra! Själv har jag precis avverkat en lördagstenta och kliver idag in i nästa tentabubbla (skidstudion, 6 koppar kaffe och trafiklagar). Har nämligen ny lördagstenta nästa helg! Ha det bra i solen. Kram Kram!
