Four days have passed here on Mallorca. Tomorrow we have our first rest day which I think the whole team will like ;) Weather here is cold but so far we have been lucky to avoid the rain and we have been able to perform all planned trainings without interruptions.
Before I left Belgium me and Martin were on a birthday party celebrating our neighbour Ronin´s 9th birthday! The whole Heirweg was there and it was lovely to see everyone again. Waffles and a glass of wine and all stories of what have happened since we left Zingem in October!
At 22:00 the party was interrupted by a phone call… Antidoping was standing at my door and I had to pee in a cup :)  
I think it’s very good that they come and do the controls, and it´s nice to see that the Adams system that I fill in every day is working.

Now time for dinner and then some Olympics on TV – Still waiting for the first Swedish medal!
