Vacation is over and I have had the mental rest that I needed.
Now I´m back even stronger and ready for a new season. Hard training and closer updates on my blog is promissed!
Today I had a good session at the fitness center. I started two weeks ago and at the moment I´m lifting 100kg on my squat 🙂 it´s most challenging for my core muscles that are a lot weaker than my legs! hmpf… I wonder why?!?!

When I´m not training I have a lot of planning to do for our wedding that is in January.
Weddingcake, flowers, food, wine, dress, shoes, program… the list is long and it keeps me busy 🙂
Luckily my parents are coming to visit us here in Norway, they are staying for a week and it will do good with some help and new ideas!
